A water treatment system for cooling towers is an arrangement of technologies that eliminate harmful impurities from the feed water, circulation water, and/or blowdown of your cooling tower. We manage and control Condenser Water Systems’ chemical treatment programs to prevent scale formation, other depositions, corrosion and microbial and other biological growth within the systems.

Deposit accumulations in cooling water systems reduce the heat transfer efficiency and the carrying capacity of the water circulation system. In addition, the deposits cause accelerated corrosion and it will lead to process equipment failure with the resultant cost of replacement and plant downtime
By precipitation and crystal growth at a surface in contact with water, scale deposits are formed. Precipitation happens when either in the bulk water or on the surface solubility is surpassed. Those that exhibit retrograde solubility with temperature are the most common scale-forming salts deposited on heat transfer surfaces.
In order for microbes to grow and create colonies, cooling systems provide an ideal climate, warm and wet. Bacteria can grow on wet cooling tower components exposed to sunlight in condensers and cooling tower filling, fungi on and in cooling tower wood, and algae. To preserve the efficiency and integrity of the cooling system, biocide treatment is absolutely necessary.
We use Organic Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor, bacteria and algae growth preventive chemicals It controls a wide variety of algae, bacteria and fungi found in industrial water systems including Legionella spp.
